Keeping your data secure is important to me. The archive uses Google Cloud storage systems. For data protection compliance, the following measures are relevant:
- Datenschutz Garantie: European Google infrastructure is used alongside EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide contractual safeguards for data transfers where US systems may be involved.
- Auftragsverarbeitung: We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) to document our respective responsibilities for handling your data.
- Encryption: The data is encrypted during transfer and at rest, rather than simply being uploaded as unprotected files.
