Getting the country from an address

To retrieve the full country name rather than just the country code (such as DE) from a Magento order address, follow these steps:

$shippingAddressCountry = $order->getShippingAddress()->getCountryModel()->getName();
$billingAddressCountry = $order->getBillingAddress()->getCountryModel()->getName();

1 2	$shippingAddressCountry = $order->getShippingAddress()->getCountryModel()->getName(); $billingAddressCountry = $order->getBillingAddress()->getCountryModel()->getName();
